Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged products, defective products, incorrect orders, and incomplete orders are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.

Rinzea offers a 30-day return period for eligible products, subject to the requirements stated in that policy.

For change-of-mind returns, dietary supplements must generally be unopened, unused, in their original condition, and with the safety or tamper-evident seal intact.

Opened, used, or partially consumed dietary supplements are not eligible for return solely because the customer changed their mind or did not experience their desired result.

Separate rules apply to products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having access to the applicable store policies.

SECTION 10 — ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Orders begin processing shortly after they are submitted.

Customers who need to cancel an order, change a shipping address, modify quantities, or correct customer information should contact Rinzea as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified after it has entered fulfillment.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Eligible products may still qualify for return after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.
